This explains what information Kinzel collects, why, and what you can do about it. Kinzel is operated by Kinzel Corporation. If you have a question about anything here, email hello@kinzel.ai.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. When you request early access or sign up for a product, that's your email address and, if you fill them in, your name, your shop or company, the machines and controllers you run, and any note you add. You can read the public site and use its calculator without an account. The shop portal requires an account. It stores your account details and the shop records you save, including machine details, tool assemblies, job drawings, manuals, photos, and run notes.

The calculator runs in your browser. The parameters you enter there stay on your device unless you submit a form to us.

How we use it

We use what you give us to contact you about early access and product updates, and to understand the shops we're building for. We also use account information and saved records to operate your workspace and send account confirmation, password reset, and other account emails. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use Supabase for account authentication, form submissions, shop records, and uploaded files. Vercel serves the site and portal. Resend delivers account emails. These providers process data on our behalf so we can run Kinzel. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

Cookies and analytics

The portal uses cookies to maintain your signed-in session and browser storage for preferences and sample-shop data. The site does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party analytics or trackers. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access submissions and account records while needed to provide the service or until you request removal. You can delete individual workspace records and attachments through the portal, or contact us about account removal.

Your choices

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@kinzel.ai and we'll take care of it.

Security

Shop records and attachments are stored in access-controlled systems. Preparing an Axhera profile in the portal does not publish it to the network. The public signup forms can only add a record; they cannot read, change, or delete what's already there.

Children

Kinzel is a tool for manufacturing professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
